The present application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to issue a direction to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, -II, Muzaffar Nagar to decide the Case No. 12132 of 2024 (State Vs. Maroof and Others) under Sections 420, 504, 506, 406 of I.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines, District Muzaffar Nagar within stipulated period. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
