1. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondent no.4-Circle Officer, Jamshedpur Circle, East Singhbhum to consider the petitioner’s application dated 5th March, 2024 (Annexure-4 to the writ petition) and the reminder dated 29th April, 2024 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition) seeking mutation of the land appertaining to Khata No.1075, Plot No.1378 (part), Thana No.1169, Thana-Parsudih, Mouza-Ghaghidih, measuring an area of 3 Katthas and to enter his name in Register-II as well as to accept the rent from him with respect to the said land and to issue rent receipts in lieu thereof in his favour.
2. No one appears on behalf of the parties.
3. Having considered the nature of the prayer made in the writ petition, without entering into merit of the case, the petitioner is given liberty to prefer a fresh application
along with relevant documents on the present issue before the respondent no.4-Circle Officer, Jamshedpur Circle, East Singhbhum seeking mutation of the land in question in his name. On receipt of the said representation, the respondent no.4 after verifying the relevant records and on providing due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner/his representative and other concerned person(s), shall take an appropriate informed decision in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of filing of the application.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the aforesaid liberty and direction. (Rajesh Shankar, J.) Vikas/
