Out of the of Ac.0-35 cents aforementioned property, an extent was included in the prohibited properties list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the letters, the 2'^'^ respondent has not taken any action so far. 3. 4.
