THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner-plaintiff is at the doors of this Court seeking a direction by issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to the concerned Court to pass orders on application filed by the petitioner under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the C.P.C., seeking temporary injunction. 2. Heard Sri. Krishnamoorthy D., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and have perused the material on record. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner takes this Court through the Order Sheet maintained before the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19464 WP No. 14150 of 2025 concerned Court to demonstrate that though the application was filed on 09.05.2024, till today, the concerned Court has not passed an order on the application filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the C.P.C. 4. In that light, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition answering the prayer in directing the concerned Court to pass necessary orders on I.A.No.2 filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the C.P.C., in O.S.No.124/2024, within an outer limit of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, if not earlier.
