Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 130 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 120B, 205, 209, 419, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. It appears that the co-accused Munna Kumar Sahani had surrendered in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 4 of 2023 instead of accused Mubarak Khan. As far as the petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he was also part of the conspiracy. 4. It was submitted that co-accused Munna Kumar Sahani has been granted bail by this court earlier in B.A. 7741 of 2024 while co-accused Mubarak Khan has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 10691 of 2024. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Complaint Case No. 130 of 2024.
