She has filed a representation before ADM (Land Acquisition), Gautam Budh Nagar, in which it is alleged that the said amount is payable to pushtaini kashtkars and the petitioner is entitled to the same. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3 submits that the claim of the petitioner has to be examined in the first instance by the Development Authority. 3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation along with true attested copy of the instant order before respondent no. 3 and in which event, the same will be decided by respondent no. 3 by a speaking order within six weeks from the date the representation is received.
