This application has been filed for restoration of Transfer Petition (Criminal) No. 14 of 2024 which was dismissed for default by this Hon’ble Court on 14.08.2025. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he was present on the date of hearing of the case, but all of a sudden he had received a call from his family member that his mother aged about 89 years has fell unconscious and sustained head injury, due to which he rushed towards his home town at Dhanbad. Therefore, it is humbly prayed to restore this to matter in the interest of justice. 4. In view of the above submissions, Transfer Petition (Criminal) No. 14 of 2024 is hereby restored. 5.
