The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the respective post under the Provision of Dying in Harness Rule, 1974 and pay the salary month by month. (ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to decide the recommendation for the relaxation in age dated 14.12.2001 pending before respondent No.3." 2. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned. 3. Prayer made is allowed. 4.
