ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to pass a writ, order, or direction more particularly in the nature of a writ of mandamus to the respondents 1 to Ifor add the sections 506,354 of I.P.0 in FIR No. 05/2018, Re-investigation, and arrest the all accused (1 to 8) until complete the Re-investigation as per FIR No.05/2018 Undar sections 143,147, 323, 324, r/w 149 IPC immediately, and to pass…”
2. None appeared for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the report of the petitioner, police registered a case in Crime No.5 of 2018 of Singarayakonda Police Station, and laid charge sheet on 17.07.2021 before the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge Court, Kandukur vide C.C.No.792/2021 and the same is pending for trial. 4. The writ petition was filed alleging that police did not investigate the case. Now, the instructions of learned Assistant Government Pleader would disclose that police registered a case and investigated into the same vide C.C.No.17.07.2021 pending the writ petition. 5. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same
3 may be closed, if the petitioner is having any grievance about the charge sheet filed by the police, the petitioner is at liberty to file necessary application before the Jurisdictional Magistrate in accordance with law. . 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
