Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 154 of 2024 arising out of Sarath P.S. Case No. 6 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Madhupur. 3. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased Saraswati Devi who died within seven years of her marriage due to asphyxia because of hanging. 4. It appears that there was evidence of physical assault prior to hanging of the deceased. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
