04/ 08.09.2025 The matter relates to Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 92 of 2024, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner No. 1 has already been arrested. He further submits that the petitioners have earlier moved before this court in A.B.A. No. 6899 of 2024, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 17.06.2025 by the co-ordinate bench.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that by the said order dated 17.06.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 6899 of 2025, liberty

was provided to move before the learned court, as the co-accused has been granted bail by the learned court, in spite of that second anticipatory bail application has been filed.

It appears that the petitioners have earlier moved before this court in A.B.A. No. 6899 of 2024, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 17.06.2025 with the liberty to move before the learned court and further nothing has been disclosed in the petition to suggest that as to what is the change in the circumstance to file the present anticipatory bail application. As such, there is no changed circumstance, in view of that this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
