By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. As per the instructions received by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel through which it has been transpired that family members of petitioner no. 1 himself stated before verifying officer of concerned police station that they are having no problem in connection with marriage performed by the petitioners and as such no cause survive before petitioner nos. 1 and 2 for pursuing the instant petition and hence the prayer cannot be exceeded as mentioned in the instant petition. 5.
