CONCILIATION ORDER
The petitioner/accused is present. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner and respondent are present.
2. The petitioner and the respondent have filed Memo reporting settlement entered outside the Court for a sum of Rs.2,80,000/- and that the respondent / complainant has already received the same. The Memo reads thus:
“The undersigned Petitioner and Respondent herein have settled the matter outside the Court herein and an entire amount of Rs.2,80,000/- is returned to the Respondent
3 herein by way of cash, hence in view of the same the present Criminal Revision Petition may kindly be disposed off in terms of the said settlement”.
3. In the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement.
