The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 4683 of 2020 (Shivshankar @ Pappu vs. State of U.P.). 4. Previously on 30.11.2023 the request of adjournment was accepted and the following order was passed:- "1. List revised. 2. Sri Rajesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ram Prakash Shukla, learned counsel for the State are present. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant again further prays for a months' time to comply with the previous orders dated 02.09.2021, 02.08.2023 and 20.09.2023. 4. The records show that the matter is being adjourned repeatedly since 2021 on the request of learned counsel for the applicant. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6. Let the matter be listed on 16.02.2024." 5. The present matter is of the year 2019. It is more than five years since then. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter as or the matter has rendered infructuous by efflux of time. 6. Despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant. 7.
