The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 351(2), 303(2), 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. Prior to the occurrence, the informant’s mother found the wife of the informant in compromising position with co-accused Sunil Saw. The informant sent his wife to her parental house. On 04.07.2025 at about 9:00 p.m., co-accused person came to the house of the informant and started assaulting him. There is specific allegation that co-accused Sunil Saw assaulted the informant by rod, causing head injuries. It was submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused Sunil Saw, having assaulted the informant and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Koderma P.S.
