The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Chakuliyua P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, corresponding to Cyber Crime Case No. 20 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is not named in the F.I.R. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused namely, Aarif Ansari @ Aarif Alam has been granted bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 6255 of 2025 on 29.07.2025 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.05.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

Learned A.P.P opposed the prayer for bail of the Petitioner.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts of the case and the allegation made against this petitioner coupled with the fact that the co-accused person has been granted bail, I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-

(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum, in connection with Chakuliyua P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025, corresponding to Cyber Crime Case No. 20 of 2025.

It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
