At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement at the Bar that in the instant case investigation has already been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the impugned charge-sheet and further proceedings of the case has already been challenged in an application being NA528/15621/2025, which is still pending before this Court. 2. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner do not intend to further press this writ petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to press the aforesaid application before the appropriate Court. 3. In view of the above statement, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4. De-tag NA528/15621/2025 from the instant writ petition and list it before the appropriate Bench, if possible, on 12.09.2025 as fresh.
