The petitioner, who is in custody since 24.11.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Powakhali P.S. Case No. 60 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing rape with the victim. 4. The victim has supported the allegations in the statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS. 5.
