Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that substantial compliance has been made. 3. In view of fair submission of learned counsel for the opposite parties, it appears that substantial compliance has been made and as such no contempt is made out against the opposite parties. The same is hereby dropped. 4. Resultantly, the instant contempt petition stands disposed of. 5. Liberty is reserved with the petitioner to raise his concern regarding payment of interest @ 18 % per annum in view of Court’s order dated 17.02.2024. (Dr. S.N. Pathak, J.) Rohit/-
