Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. The petition has been filed for a limited relief seeking direction against the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2025 Annexure P-1 in a time bound manner. 3. It is averred that the petitioner has completed normal tenure of posting at GSSS, Seikothi, Tehsil Churah, District Chamba, H.P., which is a sub-cadre area and thus has become entitled to be transferred to a place of her choice. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. ( 2025:HHC:29054 ) 2 4. The petitioner has already made a representation Annexure P-1, but its perusal reveals that she has mentioned only one station of her choice, whereas, as per Transfer Policy, five stations of choice have to be given. 5. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation, strictly in terms of Transfer Policy to the competent authority i.e. respondent No.2 within a period of one week and on receipt of such representation, the said respondent will consider and decide the representation of the petitioner within a further period of three weeks, in terms of the Transfer Policy of the State Government. 6.
