GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondents 2 and 3 in failing to register FIR and investigate the complaints dated 10-02-2025 and 17-02-2025 as contemplated under criminal laws and judicial precedents as being illegal, arbitrary, contrary to criminal laws, judicial pronouncements, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to register an FIR based on my complaints dated 10-02-2025 and 17-02-2025 under Sections 336, 337, 338, and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and investigate the same under Sections 169 and 173 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.” 2 2.
