Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the 6th respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 06.01.2025, in accordance with law and the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the BNSS, 2023. 5.
