Case No. 19/2025 arising out of Pakur (M) P.S. Case No. 241 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 76, 70(1), 62 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge- I, Pakur. 3. Bail application of the petitioners was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 1156/2025 with a liberty to renew their prayer for bail after six months. 4. On 01.12.2024, the petitioners along with co-accused persons had caught hold of the prosecutrix near Sidha Garia Pokhra and attempted to rape her. However, she was recused by the villagers. 5. It was submitted that petitioners are in custody since 02.12.2024. It was further submitted that charge has already been framed in this case. It was finally submitted that one of the co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
