It has jointly been submitted by counsel for both parties that vide order dated 05.06.2025, petitioner was inadvertently placed under suspension whereas the suspension order was to be passed in respect of another employee, whose name is similar with the petitioner. However, it has been pointed out that error has been rectified and order dated 16.07.2025 has been issued, revoking the suspension and reinstatement of petitioner in service. In view of above, relief prayed in the instant writ petition against suspension of petitioner, has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous. 4.
