The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner sent representations dated 22.07.2019 and 25.09.2019 to the second respondent already was considered and the same was duly rejected on 26.03.2021 and it was also communicated to the petitioner on the same day. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel for the second respondent, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders:- i) The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the second respondent is directed to serve the copy of the rejection order passed by the second respondent dated 26.03.2021 to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. ii) On such receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 26.03.2021 in the manner known to law. 5.
