The present civil revision has been filed against the judgment dated 17th June, 2006 passed in Title (Eviction) Suit No.27 of 2001 passed by the Subordinate Judge-I, Pakur, whereby the petition filed by the defendant for eviction has been dismissed. 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/revisionist that the petitioner namely, Mostt. Sabjan Bibi is no more and in spite of his best efforts, no legal heir(s) has turned up for pursuing the present case. 3. It appears that the suit has been brought by the revisionist for eviction on the ground of personal necessity. 4. In view of death of the revisionist, present civil revision is hereby, disposed of as infructuous. 5.
