02/28.08.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Special Vigilance Case No. 07 of 2025 arising out of Dhanbad (ACB) P.S. Case No.07 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 2018 (Amended) pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge – X-cum-Special Judge (Vigilance), Dhanbad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that the petitioner was posted as a Computer Operator in the Office of DCLR, Dhanbad. It is further alleged that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.15,000/- on behalf of DCLR, Dhanbad and the petitioner is in custody since

B.A. No. 7945 of 2025 27.06.2025 and now the charge-sheet has been submitted.

Learned counsel appearing for the ACB opposes the prayer and submits that the money has been recovered from the drawer of the petitioner.
5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2025 and now the charge-sheet has been submitted, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge – X- cum-Special Judge (Vigilance), Dhanbad in connection with Special Vigilance Case No. 07 of 2025 arising out of Dhanbad (ACB) P.S. Case No.07 of 2025.
