Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a complaint against the accused and a case in Crime No.75 of 2025 was registered for the offences under Section 118 (1) r/w 3 (5) B.N.S. It is submitted that as the petitioner got blood injuries, he made a representation before the 2nd respondent to include Section 109 B.N.S. and other relevant sections against the respondents 4 to 8, however the police have not included the Section 109 B.N.S. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home, on instructions, submits that the police have recorded the statements of 7 witnesses and the wounds received by the petitioner were also found to be simple in nature after the medical examination by the doctor of Andhra Pradesh Vaidya Vidhana Parishad. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, leaving it open to the petitioner to file a protest petition after filing of charge sheet. 4 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
