JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This Court vide order dated 21.04.2023 suspended the sentence of the petitioner subject to depositing of 50% of the fine amount, inclusive of the amount already deposited, if any, before the Trial Court within a period of six weeks and the said amount has not been deposited. In the previous date of hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent was directed to submit regarding whether the said order has been complied or not. 2. Today, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the said order has not been complied and when the matter is listed for dismissal for non-prosecution, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. When the conditional order of this Court has not been complied inspite of order was passed on 21.04.2023, there is no need to consider the petition. 3. This criminal revision petition is dismissed.
