Non-applicant has no objections, if in case, the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of applicant/respondent No. 1 i.e. Sukh Chain in terms of his share alongwith interest accrued thereupon. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties jointly submit that no further proceedings have been preferred against judgment dated 22.5.2025. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith interest accrued thereupon, is permitted to be released in favour of applicant/respondent No. 1 in terms of his share delineated in para 4 of the application.
