By filing this application, the applicant/respondent in election petition has
Page No.# 2/2 prayed for adjournment of the Election Petn. No. 07/2024 along with I.A.(C) No 260/2025 & REP No. 01/2024 on the ground that Mr. P. K. Tiwari, learned Senior Counsel, who was admitted to the hospital and discharged last night, i.e. 09.12.2025, is yet to be fully recovered from his ailment.
Mr. D. J. Kapil, learned counsel for the opposite party/election petitioner, is present and submits that since the learned Senior Counsel for the respondent, Mr. P. K. Tiwari, has not yet recovered from his ailment, he does not oppose the prayer for adjournment.
Having considered the fact that the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent in the election petition is yet to recover fully from his ailment, the prayer for adjournment of Election Petition No. 07/2024 along with I.A.(C) No. 260/2025 and REP No. 01/2024 is allowed.
Accordingly, the interlocutory application stands disposed of.
