The petitioner, a attender in the 3rd respondent institution, suspended pending inquiry vide proceedings Rc.No.B1/14/2024 dated 04.07.2024 (Ex.P.1). The petitioner submitted explanation (Ex.P.2). 2 3. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his arguments and urged the Court to direct the respondents to conclude the inquiry within the time stipulated. 4. Learned standing counsel would fairly submit that since the petitioner submitted explanation (Ex.P.2), the authority will conclude the inquiry in three (3) months. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the learned Executive Officer of the 3rd respondent to conclude the inquiry in pursuance of the suspension proceedings vide Rc.No.B1/14/2024 dated 04.07.2024 (Ex.P.1) and pass appropriate orders strictly as per Rules within three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
