The petitioners are facing prosecution in ICC Case No. 3911 of 2022 pending in the Court of the learned JMFC (Cog.II), Bhubaneswar. 3. The petitioners were released on bail on 03.07.2024. However, they did not appear before the Court below on 23.08.2024 which led to issuance of NBW against them. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners on instruction from his client undertakes that his client would be appearing before the Court below on or before 20.04.2025 and seeks appropriate remedy available to them under law. 5. Taking into consideration the above facts and submission at the Bar, the order dated 23.08.2024 passed by the learned JMFC (Cog.II), Bhubaneswar in ICC Case No. 3911 of 2022 is set aside, subject to the petitioners appearing/surrendering before the Court below on or before 15.04.2025 and paying cost of Rs.500/- each to be deposited with the Advocate’s Welfare Fund, Orissa High Court Bar Association. 6.
