Ojha, A.P.P. ------ 05/ 10.09.2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No. 62 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that no amount has been transferred in the account of the petitioners and the main accused Md. Mazhar has paid certain amount to the other co- accused and those persons have already been provided the privilege of anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 4472 of 2025 by this court. He submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-15 of the petition. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the [2025:JHHC:27588] -2- prayer and submit that the allegations are there against the petitioners and further notice under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C. has also been issued to the petitioners. 5. Considering that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent and disclosure to that effect has been made in para-15 of the petition and further the petitioners have received the notice under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C, the petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on the appropriate terms and conditions or on sureties as may deem fit and proper by the learned Court.
