State has submitted a report which reflects that the petitioner has failed to produce the fitness certificate in respect of the equipments which are proposed to be used/installed for the said fair/mella before the police authorities. Consequently, the police authorities were unable to give fitness certificate. The police authorities categorically stated that any mishap can lead to any untoward incident. In case, fitness certificate is produced before the police authorities, the police authorities would consider the permission, and if they find the same to be correct, they would forthwith grant such permission. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 10780 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of. Report so submitted be kept with the record.
