Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This writ petition has been filed seeking following rleief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 18.08.2023 passed by respondent no.3 in Case No.1189 of 2023 (Computer Case No. T202315060601189 (Tej Narain and others Vs. Ishwari Devi) Under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 4. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that due to typographical error, wrong date has been transcribed as 18.8.2023 whereas in fact the order was passed on 19.8.2023, which was subsequently corrected. Admittedly, restoration application filed by the respondents is pending before respondent No.3. Learned Standing Counsel further submitted that no useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending and a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the restoration application itself in a time frame, as fix by this Court. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the above-mentioned restoration application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
