Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 168 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 317(5) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Koderma. 3. On 18.07.2025, Jainagar Police on the basis of confidential information seized a truck, which was loaded with ash pound of KTPS. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2025 and charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Koderma, in connection with Jainagar P.S.
