The present application has been filed praying for refund of the statutory deposition of Rs. 25,000/- which was deposited by the petitioner before the Registry of this Court at the time of filing the MAC Appeal No. 569/2018. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the MAC Appeal No. 569/2018 has already been disposed of by this Court vide judgment & order dated 01.08.2024. However, the direction to refund the statutory deposit has not been issued and therefore it is prayed that a direction may be issued to refund the same. The application is accordingly allowed.
