Case No. 130 of 2025 arising out of Pathargama P.S. Case No. 202 of 2021 for the offences registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 427, 353, 435, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-V, Godda. 3. On 26.11.2021 at about 7.35 p.m., two persons died in an accident by Hywa bearing registration no. JH17H 6093. Local persons blocked the road. When the Informant party rushed there, it is alleged that the mob of about 80- 90 persons started pelting stones, causing injury to police personnel. 4. It was submitted that though, the petitioner is named in the FIR, but there is no specific allegation of assault against him. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-V, Godda in connection with S.T.
