P. -------- 03/ Dated 16.09.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda (Town) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2025, N.D.P.S. Case No.05 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 22/25/27A/29 of N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the court of Sri Ramesh Kumar, learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda. On 08.06.2025 at 4:45 p.m., Godda police apprehended the petitioner and co-accused person from a place near Gorhighat. On search, about 01 gram of brown sugar was recovered from the possession of co-accused Harsh Aarya @ Harsh Anand. It was submitted that on the confession of this petitioner, 26 grams of brown sugar were recovered from his house. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, learned Spl.P.P. on behalf of the State submitted that petitioner is an accused in another case of similar nature. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected, at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
