ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners filed a suit in O.S.No.610 of 2022 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Punganur seeking to grant permanent injunction and the learned Judge has granted temporary injunction against the respondents 6 to 9, however, the respondents 6 to 9 have been interfering with the possession of the petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners could have approached the trial Court and sought for police protection, however, the presiding officer at Punganur Court has not on duty for the last 1 >2 year. It is also submitted that the petitioner is aged about 83 years and submits that she is unable to control the respondents 6 to 9.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that a representation dated 04.01.2024 was given and a representation dated 04.07.2025 was also given.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent No.5 to ensure that the temporary injunction granted in favour of the petitioners is complied in letter and spirit subject to any orders from the appellate Court.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
