Petitioners claim to be owners in possession of land falling under khasra no. 145, measuring 04 kanals 14 marlas and khasra no. 146 measuring 04 kanals and 05 marlas situate at Village Shah Pur, Tehsil Haveli, District Poonch. The short grievance projected by the petitioners is that they are being dispossessed by the respondents otherwise than in due course of law. 02. Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI appearing for the respondents no. 1 to 3 has no objection to the disposal of the present petition, as per law. 03. In view of the limited nature of controversy and an innocuous prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is admitted to hearing and disposed of at the threshold with a direction to the respondents that in case, they intend to acquire the subject land, they shall not do so otherwise than in due course of law. 04.
