Aggrieved against Annexure P-1, the instant petition has been filed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that impugned order Annexure P-1 does not reflect any reasons as to why the representation of the petitioner has been rejected. He further submits that the case of the petitioner otherwise is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court on 24.06.2025 in CWPOA No.8020 of 2019 titled as Neera Puri and others vs. State of H.P and

others along-with connected matters. In this background, a prayer has been made to direct the 4th respondent to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in the light of Neera Puri (supra) in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, Annexure P-1 is quashed and set aside being without any reasons and respondent No.4 is directed to re-consider the case of the petitioner within eight weeks from today in the light of CWPOA No.8020 of 2019 titled as Neera Puri and others vs. State of H.P and others along-with connected matters, decided on 24.06.2025 (supra).

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms, so also the pending applications, if any.
