Also heard Ms. Sange Drema Philley, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Mr. Uttam Deka, learned counsel for the Opposite Party Insurance Company. In compliance of this Court’s order, dated 10.09.2025, the Insurance Company has deposited a sum of Rs. 5,10,000/- before the Registry of this Court. By way of filing this interlocutory application, the applicant, herein, has prayed for release of the aforesaid deposited amount. The learned counsel for the Opposite Party Insurance Company has no objection to the above prayer of the applicant. In view of the above; the amount deposited by the Insurance Company before the Registry of this Court, shall be allowed to be withdrawn by the applicant/claimant, herein, on proper identification and verification by the learned counsel for the applicant.
