The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the State Official to take appropriate Digitally signed by RAMESH KUMAR VATTI 2 preventive, punitive action for mal-practice committed by the member of respondent no. 7. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to initiate adequate steps to insure the guidelines issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in case of Sakti Vahini Vs. Union of India & others. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Mr. Hemant Kesharwani, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. 3.
