2. This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive relief(s):-
“A. That the benefit of Babu Ram Judgment decided on 9.5.2022 (Annexure P-5) may kindly be extended to the present petitioner. B. That the writ petition may kindly be allowed and the respondents may kindly be directed to grant the benefit of approved entire military service towards fixation of pay in favour of the petitioners as from the date of their joining in civil employment as per un amended rules 5(1) of Demobilized Armed forces personal (Reservation of Vacancies in the Himachal State Non Technical Service) Rule 1972. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes
-2- C. The respondents also directed to release the entire emolument /arrears in favour of the petitioner by counting the entire approved military service from the date of joining in civil employment towards fixation of pay till date same is not paid.”
3. Admittedly, the petitioner has invoked extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India without even preferring any representation to the competent authority for the redresssal of his grievances raised in the writ petition.
4. Confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be preferring representation within two weeks from today. In case, such representation is so preferred, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within further period of six weeks. The order so passed shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
