Advocate appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 5, and Mr. K. Loya, learned CGC appearing for respondent nos. 6 to 9. By filing this interlocutory application, the applicant has prayed for condoning the delay of 10 (ten) days beyond the period of limitation in filing the connected review petition. Although the learned Additional Senior Govt. Advocate and learned CGC has opposed the prayer made in this interlocutory application, considering the projection made, the Court is inclined to condone the delay of 10 (ten) days beyond the period of limitation in filing the review petition.
