The Court made the following order:
This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 12.09.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4827 of 2023. Sri P.Chaitanya, learned counsel, representing Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 12.09.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4827 of 2023, however with some delay. To the said submission, Sri V.Ch.Naidu, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Sri Nagaraju Naguru, learned counsel for respondent No.6, collectively submits that due to administrative approval at the Finance Department, the said delay occurred and the same is neither intentional nor caused by any willful disobedience on the part of the respondents, as such, prayed to close the Writ Petition. In view of the above, since the respondents have complied the orders of this Court and also explained the delay satisfactorily, this Court is inclined to close the Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
