The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 18.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 85 of 2024 under sections- 351(3) B.N.S and 67 of I.T. Act, Police Station- Vaidpura, District - Etawah, and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. F.I.R has been lodged after 11 years of friendship between the petitioner no.1 and respondent no.3. It is alleged that after the marriage of respondent no.3 with some other boy, the petitioner has sent incriminating video to her husband. Police is already investigating the matter. 4. Learned AGA informs that further implication of petitioner has been made under section- 376 IPC/ 64 B.N.S. 5. Considering the totality of facts and circumstances of the case and for the reasons given in the judgment of this Court dated 10.07.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ petition No. 7463 of 2024 (Shobit Nehra And Another Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others) the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that that till cognizance taken on police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C./193(3) B.N.S.S., the respondents are restrained from arresting the petitioners pursuant to the First Information Report, subject to cooperation in ongoing investigation.
