JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 18-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in Jairampur P.S. Case No. 25/2024, registered for offence under Sections 306, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Earlier, a report was called for from the Court below, vide order dated 02.05.2025, which has been received and kept at flag ‘D’. From perusal of report dated 08.05.2025, it appears that in this case, on 23.01.2025, charge has been framed and till date, out of six prosecution witnesses, three have already been examined and the case is at the stage of evidence. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and progress Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18958 of 2025(3) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2024, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. anay (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) U T
